    Another great slow mo, thank you. Great to see the stillness and solid base as prominent as it is shown in this video. Definitely something I struggle with as an over trier.

    Whats is your opinion about using your non-racket hand FH and BH? How important is it?

      I would teach it as my preference, but probably not fight a student that does not already do it.
