I like this first video on Toss. Thank you Jorge!
In the modern era with hybrid grips, stance variations and the like, it is good to see that training tips used forty years ago still work today
As an ‘old’ pro have used the first but will add #2. I always try to get students to visualize the height of the toss by extending their arm = showing how high the toss has to be (most toss too low) so that it ‘centers’ when the racquet is brought thru the swing… your toss against the wall/fence is better… not too sure about #3 🙂
I appreciate your site and info.

Thanks again, you’re a star. You’ll be pleased to know some of your tips helped me claim a men’s double title over the weekend.
Sweet, Chas… way to go!
Thanks for sharing Jorge!
Great stuff as always, Jorge. I use the first two with my students. The 3rd is now in my repertoire 😉
Those look great. I haven’t tried the last two before, and they look very helpful.
