I’m excited to implement this valuable drill with my team over the next few days as we prepare for Regionals! It was fun to hear Marti and see how effortlessly she was hitting and moving around without sounding one bit winded! She is in amazing shape! WOW!

    Marti, Jorge,
    Thanks much for sharing.
Very useful drill indeed that I’m going to try with my students.
Do you have a version for a group of 3-4 players as well ? Or simply take them to the net one by one ?

We would take them in pairs of at least 2 at a time. This helps avoid waiting in lines.

Hi Jorge & Marti, in all the time that I have been following your channel, I believe that this is the first time that i have ever heard Marti’s voice or her sharing what she does with her students. It was very cool to hear and see her coaching method, as well. Thank you for letting her provide her perspective on how she teaches. Regards, Don
