Hi
I have a Yonex Racquet and the ball can doesnt fit in the Throat of a Racquet.
How did you get that the ball can fits in the throat of a racquet.
Regarda
This is such a great drill and I will be using it with our juniors and adults. One thing though…Marty was super, super excited when she caught the ball in the can and should get BIG props! :)) Thx Jorge
When I receive an email from Jorge, I always take time to watch it.
Jorge delivers the goods!
This is one of the best volley lessons ever!
Thanks for sharing
Jorge … This is very awesome for the forehand volley side … great use of old plastic ball can The Patty Cake drill is also great !!!!! My mind won’t let me think eork for the bachand side??
I still use the same empty can on the backhand side but I isolate just the backhand side. I don’t go back-and-forth between forehand and backhand when using this teaching aid because that will require a windshield wiper volley.
Wow! I’ve been teaching for over thirty years and have worked with some of the best tennis Directors and Professionals in the Bay Area. I have never ever heard the Volley break down so simply and so wonderfully done like you did in this video here! Thank You so much for sharing!
As an elementary teacher as well as a tennis instructor, I well know the power of visual aids like the arrow and now, the tennis can. Really looking forward to using this in my tennis camp this summer. Thanks so much!

I had to smash the can a bit.. Try to cut the bottom part so it will collapse and fit.
Hi Jorge
How about keep your racquet head close to your impact point?
I like that…
