Jorge, this has helped so much. I practiced the rock that I was not doing previously and my tosses were more consistent. The whole serve now feels so much better. I am looking forward to doing all 4 steps from now on. With the racquet going back I see different styles. I like the solute method with elbow up and racquet going over the head. It saves me time and has less resistance on the racquet motion. Do you think I might be losing power doing this?
Seems, that I have two more steps that I teach as a sequence. Set feet, confirm grip. Bounce ball, Transfer weight to back foot, , lift ball, point at it, try to contact, etc
Hi Jorge, Great video explaining the sequence of the rituals in your serve. It’s really clear when you break it down. I am off to check mine out, in particular the weight transfer!
Cheers Veronica
Jorge’s, I’m enjoying all these presentations that you send. The one thing I would of liked you to include in the presentation on serve rituals: how you should position your feet.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family……Bob Costanzo
