    Coach, my rule is my players practice play at their level 55% of the time above their level 35% of the time and below their level 15% of the time. (friendly matches)
    So I guess I agree with you in part.

    Good luck trying to convince those ‘silly, stupid’ parents and adults.

    I prefer to gradually get rid of them; the money is not worth the aggravation. In the long run, such parents are setting up their children for failure.

    Just my 2 cents.

      Yes.. it OK to play better players occasionally, just not all the time.

    Yes I agree, I actually had to drop down a 1/2 level to clean up some physical parts of my game and get the mental toughness/game strategy to really know how/have confidence to win.
