Hey Jorge, this is Mark, my apologies for not emailing my feedback on your website earlier, I did try but could not seem to get it right. Anyways I am settling in and must admit that all the information is overwhelming however I shall try to get in the zone when it comes to using your website. And speaking of your website I do believe that I am fortunate to have come across it on the net and having you to persuade me to subscribe to it, I do believe that you offer good value
based on the monthly fee that you charge. So keep up the good work and I shall try to use it ,as I already have, in my tennis lessons. All the best to you and your family!
Cheers,
Mark
Great stuff as usual. I talk about this a lot to my players, but just not sure I get the point across as well as your Inner Coach vs. Inner Critic analogy. Just shared this video on my team Facebook page. Thanks!
Thanks Raul, I hope it helps your players.
Cool, Jorge, remind me of The Inner game of tennis…😁
I like the way you described how to tell the difference between Critic/Coach! I know that most of my girls would be very angry if someone else said the same words that they are saying to themselves!
I like to add that, “All negative thoughts are Lies!”
Good one Jorge! I like the analogy with the person outside the court saying that to you versus you saying it to yourself!! Kept it up Jorge!
Good info !
